Lydie Hüsler

Lydie is a certified holistic wellness coach who helps women professionals to cope better with or recover from stress & anxiety. She discovered her passion for Health and Wellbeing in 2020 when she was assigned a project on Health & Wellbeing for her Quality community at work. She realized that she was creative, inspired, and full of ideas when she was working on this project. She then decided to pursue a career in holistic wellness and became a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach. She is trained in a unique health philosophy called Wellness 360™ and uses a proven coaching process called the CORE Coaching Method to help her clients reach their goals and create lasting changes.

She is also an ENSA mental health first aid instructor for Pro Mente Sana Foundation, teaching mental health first aid to new students.

Her expertise in holistic wellness (e.g. from sleep hygiene, self-care strategies, work-life balance, healthy eating, to growth & positive mindset) & mental health make her the right expert to support your employees with stress management strategies and build their resilience muscle so they can thrive, flourish and be their best-self at home & work.
